Returns

Thank you for choosing Mina and Company. We appreciate your patronage. Please review our No Exchange and ONLY refund policy, carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

  1. All items are individually assessed for quality and condition before shipping. We take great care to ensure that each product meets our standards before it is sent out to our customers.

  2. Due to the nature of our business and the availability of our products, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific items at all times. Our inventory may be limited due to factors beyond our control, such as supply shortages, high demand, or seasonal variations.

  3. As a result, we are unable to offer exchanges for purchased items. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  4. Customers can return items at their own shipping cost within 6 days of delivery. Please contact minaco.returns@gmail.com for further info. Labels must be attached, item unwashed with no visible stain or damage. Refunds will be refunded through store credit. Original shipping fees on the order are NON REFUNDABLE. 

  5. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Mina and Company reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please check our website regularly for updates to our policies.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

  • Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s schedule.

Shipping Costs & Returns

  • Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Please contact us for guidance if you need to return an item.

International Orders & Duties

  • For customers outside of Canada, including the U.S., orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees.

  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are not responsible for these additional fees.
