Commonly asked questions:

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Canada will take 5-7 business days to arrive (this does not include weekends). US and international deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.

Q:  Who do I contact if I have questions about my order?

A: The best way to contact us is to email shop.minacompany@gmail.com with your name and order number. Please do not DM on socials for questions about your order.

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?

A: According to our return policy, customers must make a request for return by emailing us at shop.minacompany@gmail.com within 6 days of delivery. All tags and labels must be attached, item must remain unworn, unwashed, unsoiled for us to accept your return. Shipping costs associated with returns must be covered by customer. Returns will be refunded via store credit. We do not currently offer exchanges.
