RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Mina & Co. We truly appreciate your support and the trust you place in our brand. By placing an order with Mina & Co, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

  • Every item is carefully inspected for quality and condition before it is prepared and shipped.
  • Eligible items may be returned within 6 calendar days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not provide refunds to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges because we cannot guarantee the availability of specific products or sizes. Inventory may be affected by high demand, limited quantities, supply shortages, or seasonal availability.
  • Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.
  • All returned items must meet the requirements outlined in our Conditions of Return.
  • Return requests must be submitted by our returns portal.

Mina & Co. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately after being published on our website.

Please handle all items with care when trying them on. To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • Returned with all original tags attached.
  • Free from stains, damage, alterations, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other odors.
  • Submitted for return within 6 calendar days of delivery.

Mina & Co. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for store credit.
